Description
Well I'm finally done with this one, it's actually one of the only ones that didn't look awful on-screen so that's a plus. 
It's mostly watercolor with a little acrylic highlighting and the border is all acrylic.
The background is my favorite part, I wanted some sort of old/faded Victorian wallpaper, but then realized I really REALLY did not want to paint intricate Victorian patterns, so I went with a green harlequin. :]
(Steampunk version of the original Oliver here: [link] ) I switched a few colors around, made the swiss-army-hand brass, turned the jacket into a vest and the eyepiece into a green mono-goggle [no Elizabeth, not a monocle D:< ]
